M4MM educates minorities about the opportunities and realities of the cannabis industry through programs focused on advocacy, social justice, health and wellness, and public policies.
Roz McCarthy, the founder of M4MM, also created the cannabis brand Black Buddha, available in Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and others.

Lab Director, Innovative Healing Solutions
Andrew Tilmann is a seasoned Chemical Engineer with 6 years of experience in the recycled paper and medical marijuana industries. His expertise lies in large capital projects and greenfield start-ups, with a focus on sustainability, scalability, and innovation.
In 2020, Andrew decided to pivot his career and joined the medical marijuana field, where he saw an opportunity to apply his expertise in process development and optimization to this rapidly growing industry. Holding the position of Lab Director, led the start-up of a medical marijuana processor, Innovative Healing Solutions (IHS).
As the Lab Director, he has been instrumental in building the company’s operations from the ground up. Andrew has been responsible for developing and implementing processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while overseeing all aspects of the operation, from research and development to manufacturing, quality control, and distribution.
